Caution is advised before entering these heart-pounding challenges.
Chill Rooms
If the 'Thrill Rooms' are a raging storm, then these rooms may be more your speed. Chill rooms transport you to serene landscapes filled with gentle puzzles that soothe the mind and stir the soul. Each room is a new world, offering a tranquil escape from the outside hustle. And the best part? You're in control. You can pace yourself, soak in the atmosphere, and unravel the mystery at your own leisure. If you're a puzzle enthusiast craving peace or a gentle adventure, our 'Chill Rooms' are awaiting your arrival.
Escape Room Rules
You are not locked in. If you need to leave at any time, you can exit through the door you came in, and your game master will escort you back to the lobby. Upon exiting a room, re-entry is allowed but only by a gamemaster.
All phones must be left outside the room; phones are not permitted inside rooms. We offer lockers with phone chargers and UV cleaners for your convenience. Enjoy your time, disconnect, and rest assured that your phone is safe, secure, and charging for free while you have fun.
No — Meta glasses and all similar smart glasses devices are strictly prohibited inside the Masters of Escape experiences.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of the puzzles and the experience for all players. Guests found using Meta glasses or comparable wearable devices during a session may be removed from the room immediately, with no refund issued. If you are unsure whether a specific device is permitted, contact the team before your visit.
You have 60 minutes to escape. We will be happy to take a picture of your group with our state-of-the-art A.I. photo booth, win or lose, and may share it on our social media pages.
If you witness or learn something here, please keep it confidential; refrain from revealing any riddles, tips, or hints. Enjoy the amusement, but refrain from ruining it for others!
Every item you find and use inside the room is part of the experience and needs to stay put. This helps us keep everything ready for the next group of guests, so they can enjoy the same immersive adventure you did.

Be cautious when handling props; players may be charged for damages. If young players are present, you could be responsible for any damage they cause. It's important to teach them how to handle props safely.
We reserve the right to stop the game for any reason.
Please refrain from standing on the furniture. For your safety, if an item is out of reach, a tool will be provided to assist you in reaching it.
Avoid tampering with outlets or light switches as they are not components of the escape plan.
Brainpower over muscle power. Everything in our rooms is designed to open with a gentle touch. If a drawer or door feels stuck, it probably means you haven't solved that puzzle yet! Please don't force or pry anything open—save your strength for high-fiving your teammates later.
Handle with care. We put a lot of love into our props, so please keep a firm grip on them. Dropping items might break important clues you need to escape. Treat every object like a treasure!
Teamwork makes the dream work. Stuck on a lock or puzzle? Don't sweat it. Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes (or hands) is all you need. If something isn't clicking for you, step back and let a teammate give it a shot. Switching places is often the key to success
